What's the stereotype? #1 My Dreads!

So..... I decided to dread my hair(mostly because I was brooklyn), and I actually did it myself. After hours of twisting and stretching, it came out pretty well, and with hyping from my roomies, I took it to class on Monday. I got a lot of comments, although there was this one person that said it looked like periwinkles *bleh* . I felt cool tho' and edgy. Like I could actually run my hand through my hair.
Took it for bout three days and I was tired already. Lol. Got to class on Friday, I had zoology, the lecturer was giving an assignment, and you'll have to get up to take your serial number, so it got to my turn and the first thing she asked me was 'what's on your head? ', the she was like 'is it feather or thread?'. I just had to laugh, it was so funny, I laughed so hard she started smiling.
Then she was like the hairstyle isn't for responsible girls, and that I looked to gentle and lovely for such hairstyle. Oh she even went further to say that no responsible man would marry me, and that I would only attract taut, I mean I was supposed to be offended but then again I've prolly heard this time without number.
Funnily enough ,I get her point. I'm studying to become a nurse and what does my does my dreads say about my to-be profession? In Nigeria, it says 'irresponsible ' 'doesn't know what she's doing' 'not-put-together'.
In Nigeria, we've made conclusions about certain things for example dreads, not our faults anyways, but we shouldn't always conclude without looking closer. To think that all these happened because I was broke.... These stereotypes!
What's the stereotype about you look you want to talk about?

How to prevent lipstick from transferring to cups and clothes. Go stain-proof!

It is quite easy to appear gorgeous with some bright and bold lips. But the trouble starts after the application! Whether it’s your boy friend complaining about you leaving lipstick stains on his shirt or the irritation of seeing your beautiful dress all stained with lipstick—your lip makeup can leave behind quite a few causalities! Most lipsticks tend to transfer. But there's a way you can prevent that!
The 5 ways listed below are gonna help you have a stain-proof day. Yeah, yeah, I know, you are eager to get into the knowhow! So, let me spare the formalities of an introduction and dive right into it.
1. Wear A Lip Liner:   One of the best ways to make your lips stand out bold and noticeable is to wear a lip liner prior to the application of a lipstick. But, this step also prevents transferring of your lipstick. The lip liner formula is generally slightly dry in texture and holds up the creamy formula of your lipstick, preventing transferring. A lip liner accentuates the …
